This includes, but is not limited to, the redemption and activation of any benefits. No third party may redeem or activate any benefit on behalf of a user, even with the permission of the user.

3. User and immediate family may not share or distribute benefits, coupons or other savings to non-users in any way and through any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, the posting of coupon codes and other user benefits.

4. User may not offer their access for resale to other parties. Use of this website and access to member benefits are nontransferable.

5. User will not violate any local, state or federal laws with regards to the use of their user account and access of this website.

6. It is understood and acknowledged that all coupons, discounts, benefits and all other offers that are listed or available through the use of their user account and access to this members website may be amended, terminated, changed or altered at the sole discretion of management. New benefits and offers may also be added while other benefits may be amended or canceled entirely based on availability and quality of service.

7. User will hold harmless and indemnify management for all actions, representations and claims provided through this program and it is acknowledged that management will not be held liable for any loss or offer that is not accepted by merchant or other providers.

8. You membership is already active, upon your initial signup, with the initial member packet you receive by U.S. First Class Mail having your already active and assigned username and password as mentioned in your fulfillment materials to immediately take full advantage of the available benefits, along with benefit usage instructions and other details also included. You may continue to use this members website and access the benefits for as long as you remain an active member, in good standing, and your account will remain active on a month to month basis, until canceled by you through our convenient and simple to reach Customer Care Department. If you or any member does not have their username and password, or has any difficulty accessing this website or using the listed benefits, or would like to request a duplicate new member packet be mailed to them at no extra cost, and for any reason, including lost at home, never received or for any other reason or other occurrence, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-466-6630 and any and all such member benefit related needs will be addressed.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Membership or Services and wish to cancel, or have any other billing related needs, you must contact the Customer Care Department at the phone number or email address listed on the Customer Service page of this website that you can locate by clicking the top navigation “Customer Service” button.
